PATeam Wallpaper Setup Guide Step-by-Step Installation & Configuration

PART 1: INSTALLATION FROM COMPANY PORTAL

Step 1: Open Company Portal

  1. Click the Start Menu (Windows icon) in the bottom left corner
  2. Type: Company Portal in the search box
  3. Press Enter or click the Company Portal application

 

✓ Company Portal app opens

✓ You may need to sign in with your work account


 

Step 2: Search for PATeam Wallpaper

  1. In Company Portal, locate the Search box at the top
  2. Type: PAteam Wallpaper or Wall Paper
  3. Press Enter

✓ Search results display available wallpaper applications

✓ You should see "PAteam_Wallpaper-May-2026-multi"


Step 3: Select the Wallpaper Application

  1. Look for the application named: PAteam_Wallpaper-May-2026-multi
  2. Click on it to open the application details page if it shows not installed Please install.

✓ Application details page loads

✓ You'll see description and install button


Step 4: Install the Application

  1. Click the Install button (usually blue/green)
  2. The installation will begin automatically

Installation Progress:

• Status will show "Installing..."

• This typically takes 1-3 minutes

• DO NOT close Company Portal during installation

  1. Wait for completion until you see: "Installed" status

✓ Status changes from "Installing" to "Installed"

✓ Wallpaper files are now deployed to your system

✓ You may see a notification: "Installation Complete"


PART 2: APPLYING WALLPAPER TO DESKTOP

Step 5: Access Desktop Settings

Option A: Using Right-Click Menu

  1. Right-click on an empty area of your desktop (not on any icons)
  2. A context menu will appear
  3. Select: Personalise or Display Settings

Alternative: Right-click → Select "Personalize" directly

Option B: Using Windows Settings

  1. Click Start Menu
  2. Type: Settings
  3. Click Settings app to open
  4. Select Personalization from the left sidebar
  5. Click Background

Step 6: Select Wallpaper

  1. In the Background or Personalization settings, you'll see wallpaper options
  2. Look for PATeam wallpapers in the available list

Wallpaper Options Visible:

✓ Windows default wallpapers

✓ Recently used wallpapers

✓ Newly installed PATeam wallpapers

  1. Click on the PATeam wallpaper you prefer:
    • background-ch-st-10.jpg (Primary/Default)
    • Other custom PATeam images
  2. The wallpaper will apply immediately to your desktop

Expected Result:

✓ Your desktop background changes to selected PATeam wallpaper

✓ Changes are automatically saved

✓ Wallpaper persists after restart
