Helpdesk How to Create Ticket for IT Related Issues.
Helpdesk Ticket Portal.
1. Open url https://helpdesk.pateam.co
3. Once Successfully Logged in with Your pateam.co SSO singing. Please click on My Area to Raise Ticket.
4. When you clicked on My Area, you will see scree below.
Click on Add Ticket
5. Ticket Area you can see Submit Ticket.
6. Subject, Description, update more details issue which you are facing.
7. In Ticket Submit Page you can see following details.
Subject, Description, Products Name, Priority if any Attachment you want to upload for more details.
8. Select the product you’re having an issue with
9. Example selected Product Docking Station and Priority of issue.
10. Attach File screen shot, or any specific document related to issue.
11. You can see open tickets in the My Area screen.
12. Once Ticket is Updated you can see comment and
update/closed see in portal.
13. Microsoft Team Integration. You can also sign in and raise ticket.
14. Click on Pateam IT Channel and Click on IT Ticket Systems.
15. Once logged in you can see Helpdesk Portal on MS Team channel and you can create ticket and se update ticket status through MS Teams.
